MPH Training and Conference Centre were proud to be the host of a very successful event ran by local female networking organisation, Networking Angels.
The Let’s Do Biz event took place on Tuesday 17th July and allowed 40 businesses to showcase their companies to a range of different attendees on the day. Throughout the morning there were two pre arranged speed networking sessions and a workshop giving people the top tips for marketing their business.
Over 150 ladies attended the event and it was a huge success. So much so that Lorraine Gordon, organiser of the event, plans to host another event of a similar nature around Christmas time. She said:
We were delighted with the positive feedback and have been asked when the next event is, so it seems that another event will be greatly received amongst the local female business population.

Centre Manager at MPH Training and Conference Centre, Lyndsey Burdis, said ‘we are thrilled that Networking Angels held such a great event at MPH. It was a great opportunity to showcase the fantastic facilities we have on site’.
MPH Training and Conference Centre is the North East’s favourite training and conference venue with four state-of-the-art, fully equipped meeting rooms, plus a brand new purpose-built IT Suite, an Executive Meeting Room, 27-seat cinema and plenty of free parking.
The entire Centre is fully accessible with level wheelchair access to all areas, portable and fixed infrared induction loops to reception and all rooms for hearing aid users.
A first-class catering service is available on site, providing a variety of refreshments and lunches as required throughout the day.
