IT Systems Support Technician

We are looking for a self motivated IT Systems Support Technician to work within Europe’s largest provider of total disability services. You will be required to help support the Group’s IT systems and end users

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work without supervision as and when required. A good level of flexibility is also essential.

Applicants should be experienced in providing IT support, as well as being fully proficient in Microsoft Desktop server systems including:

• server configuration
• active directory configuration
• network configuration
• general support skills.

Experience

Microsoft Office, Linux and OSX are also an advantage.

Skills and qualifications:

You should have an IT-related degree although this is not essential. Team work and trouble shooting skills are a must.

Wage

£18,000 per annum

Hours

35 hours per week
